By downloading or using Lune, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Use of the App

Lune is a personal mood-tracking tool intended for individuals aged 13 and over. You agree to use the app only for lawful, personal purposes. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the app.

3. User-Generated Content

Journal entries and check-in data you create belong to you. Pereatech AB does not claim ownership of your content. You are responsible for the content you enter. We do not review or moderate user-generated content.

4. In-App Purchases

Lune may offer optional paid features or subscriptions processed through Apple's App Store. All purchases are subject to Apple's payment terms. Pereatech AB does not handle payment information directly. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their policies.

5. Limitation of Liability

Lune is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Pereatech AB is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. The app is not a medical or mental health service and should not be used as a substitute for professional advice.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will note the effective date at the top of this page when changes are made.
